I was honored to be selected as a winner in the competitive Call for Artists “Interreg” Project. I was tasked with developing a strategic communication project for the prestigious National Archaeological Museum and Area in Altino, Venice. My comprehensive solution aimed to increase tourism in the Torcello island. Through a mix of digital and physical elements, I engaged visitors with an innovative approach.
A key aspect of the Archaeological Museum Tourism Strategy involved curating a well-planned schedule of publications. This format showcased the rich heritage and unique experiences offered by the museum and its surroundings. I also provided detailed guidelines on maintaining an engaging tone of voice. I provided also and implementing effective engagement practices across various social media platforms, including popular channels like Instagram and Facebook.
Recognizing the growing influence of augmented reality (AR) in the digital realm, I went a step further to develop a captivating and interactive AR filter and minigame. This playful addition allowed visitors to immerse themselves in a virtual exploration of the museum and its historical treasures, creating a memorable and enjoyable experience.
In conclusion, my experience as a winner of the Call for Artists, Venice has reinforced my passion for creating impactful digital strategies. By delivering innovative solutions, engaging content, and interactive experiences, I have successfully boosted tourism in the Torcello area.
